At S&V New Horizons, LLC, we understand that housing is just the beginning. Our comprehensive approach addresses the root causes of homelessness and provides the tools necessary for long-term success. The populations we serve includes, but are not limited to: disabled & non-disabled veterans, re-entry individuals after incarceration, seniors, persons with disabilities, those in sober living programs, low-income residents, individuals transitioning from homelessness, and other diverse populations. Our shared living model creates a supportive community environment where residents can rebuild their lives with dignity. We envision a world where every individual has access to a nurturing home, fostering independence, and dignity for seniors and veterans in need of support. S&V New Horizons, LLC operates as a non-medical shared living home, focused on creating supportive, secure, and inclusive living spaces for all. We do not provide medical care or personal care services.
