S&V New Horizons, LLC is located in Houston, TX. We were established to provide a special population of individuals with flexible and affordable housing. Our services promote independence and dignity for those in need. We provide nurturing homes for individuals overcoming challenges and seeking stability. We accept individuals who are self-sufficient in all Activities of Daily Living. We offer Non-Medical shared living homes, and DO NOT provide any medical or personal care services.

Currently, S&V New Horizons LLC offers well-maintained homes located throughout Houston, Texas, and surrounding areas, providing residents with access to essential resources, transportation, and community connections.

Our Process

Our process focuses on our core values and philosophy that the personal, physical, and spiritual well-being of our residents must come first. We partner with numerous local and state non-profits as well as governmental entities in order to best meet the needs of our residents.

Application & Screening Process

Most of our residents typically originate via a shared referral source. Often times this could be a doctor, nurse, case worker, social worker, or even another clients’ family. Doing so allows our qualified staff to better understand the special needs of the particular resident and make a decision.
