Disabled & Non-Disabled Veterans

Are you a veteran or do you know a veteran in need of housing? S&V New Horizons, LLC have homes that are specifically set up for veterans.

We provide shared living homes for both disabled and non-disabled veterans. We work directly with the VA and all affiliations of the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines to ensure that our servicemen and service women are provided with quality and safe housing. We provide fully furnish shared living homes and transitional living residential homes for veterans of the armed forces throughout the local houston area.

Seniors 62+

Are you a senior citizen on a fixed income looking for low cost housing; or do you have a friend or family member that is elderly or a senior citizen in need of affordable housing?

S&V New Horizons, LLC provides housing for the elderly and seniors who are self-sufficient. Many seniors are on fixed incomes and are in need of low-income and low-cost housing. That is where we can help! We offer affordable shared living properties that are specifically designed and managed for self-suffiencient elders and seniors on fixed incomes.

Sober Living

Do you struggle with alcoholism or are a former drug user; do you know someone who is? Are you or they looking for housing?

S&V New Horizons, LLC provides and operates sober living homes for those with addiction of alcohol and drug related problems. We provide a structured, substance-free environment designed to support recovery and personal growth. We have many properties that are specifically designed and managed for those with dependency related issues such as alcohol and drugs. These homes maintain a drug and alcohol free environment similar to all of our other homes.

Homeless/Displaced

Are you homeless living in a shelter or on the streets, or do you know someone who is? Are you or they looking for safe, affordable, housing options?
