At S&V New Horizons, LLC, we believe that maintaining personal hygiene is essential to overall well-being, confidence, and dignity. Each resident will receive a welcome personal essential package. Our Personal Essential Package includes:

  • Toothbrush and Toothpaste

  • Mouthwash

  • Deoderant

  • Bar of Soap

  • Shampoo & Conditioner

  • Nail Clipper

  • Lotion

  • Shave gel & razor

  • Comb & Brush

Affordable Shared Living

At S&V New Horizons, LLC, we strive to create a comfortable, welcoming, and fully equipped living environment for every resident. Each of our homes is fully furnished and thoughtfully designed to promote comfort, safety, and independence.

  • Private rooms (if available)

  • Semi-Private rooms

    • Twin size bed "linens & towels provided upon request"

    • Dresser

At S&V New Horizons, LLC, we aim to make the move-in process simple, transparent, and supportive.

Step 1: Application & Administrative Fee

All prospective residents are required to pay a non-refundable administrative processing fee, along with the first month’s rent at the time of move-in approval.

Step 2: Income Verification

Residents must demonstrate that they have sufficient and reliable income to cover monthly rent and personal living expenses.

Step 3: Intake Process Form

Each applicant will complete our intake process forms, which includes:

  • Basic personal infomation

  • Emergency contacts

  • Medical history

  • A behavioral health survey to help us understand individual needs and provide appropriate support.

  • A background check to ensure a safe and secure environment for all residents.

Step 4: Move-In

Once approved, residents will receive a move-in date and orientation outlining house rules and expectations.

Note: S&V New Horizons, LLC does not provide food. Residents are responsible for their own meals and personal groceries. There are many third party organizations that can provide resources if needed.
