Reporting Discrimination:

Any individual who believes they have been subjected to discrimination or harassment should promptly report the matter to management. Reports will be handled confidentially to the greatest extent possible and investigated without fear of retaliation. Any applicant, resident, guest, or employee who believes they have been subject to or witnessed a violation of this policy must report it immediately. S&V New Horizons, LLC will conduct a prompt, thorough, and confidential investigation of all reported complaints. The company will maintain confidentiality to the maximum extent possible, consistent with a thorough investigation and necessary corrective action. Any person (employee, resident, vendor, or guest) found to have violated this policy will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including immediate termination of employment or termination of the housing agreement/tenancy.
